As a permanent tribute to my father, richphelps.com has been set up. When andrewphelps.com evolves and eventually moves forward, richphelps.com will always be a place to visit and think. And I will put some of my favorite photographs of him there, in time.
Thank you all for the continued outpouring of support. Your letters, meals, and flowers (oh, the flowers!) are unforgettable.
